Kelly Stettner, Director of the Black River Action Team since its founding in 2000.
Born and raised in rural New Hampshire, I moved to Vermont in 1988 to attend college. Unfortunately, I had no idea what I wanted to study. It was 20 years later that I figured out what I wanted to be when I grew up: a river geek! I received my B.A. from Union Institute & University in 2009 and have never stopped learning.
